Go ahead given to 30 apartments just off Bray’s seafront
A new 30-apartment development just off Bray’s Promenade has been given the green light by Wicklow County Council.
The council have given the green light to the ambitious plans which will see the demolition of an existing warehouse and the construction of the new apartments and a café/restaurant.
The site at 5 Albert Avenue – beside popular Italian eaterie Carpe Diem – is a prime location close to the centre of Bray, beside the Dart station and just metres from Bray’s Promenade up from at the SeaLife junction.
The development will comprise of eight one-bed apartments and 22 two-bedroom apartments, as well as a ground floor retail space suitable for a café / restaurant.
