REST IN PEACE: Wicklow Death Notices

Annette DWYER (née Leddin)
Greystones, Wicklow / Limerick 

Dwyer, Annette (née Leddin) Greystones, Co Wicklow & formerly Limerick. On March 15th (suddenly) at St. Vincent’s Hospital, Dublin. Treasured wife of John C and adoring mother of Lorraine & Karen. Cherished by her son-in-law Sean (Guerin), sisters and brothers Mary, Gerardine (Whisker), Joe, John & Austin, grandchildren Ben, Maria & Michael, godchildren, extended family and her wide circle of friends.

Funeral arrangements strictly private due to the current climate. A Mass to celebrate Annette’s life will be held at a future date.

May she rest in peace.


Brigid Kehoe (née Melia)
Kinnagh, Ballycullane, Wexford / Bray, Wicklow 

Brigid Kehoe (née Melia) of Kinnagh, Ballycullane, Co. Wexford, formerly of Bray, Co. Wicklow. March 16th 2020. Peacefully at Wexford General Hospital, surrounded by her family. Beloved wife of Tim and loving Mammy to Leroy, Fidelma, Tadhg, Bridget, Tony, Patricia, Grace, Maureen, Kieran, Ayumi and their spouses and partners. Will be sadly missed by her 15 grandchildren, her sister Maureen, brothers Bernard, Martin, Paddy, Tommy and Michael, nieces and nephews, her special friends Nellie and Noreen, extended family, neighbours, and a wide circle of friends.

A private funeral will take place due to government advice regarding public gatherings. Those who would have liked to attend the funeral but due to current restrictions cannot, please leave a personal message in the section below ‘ Condolences’


Zanka MacHUGH (née Savage)
Bray, Wicklow / Foxrock, Dublin 

MacHUGH (née Savage) Zanka, (Bray, Co. Wicklow and formerly of Foxrock, Co. Dublin) March 17th, 2020, (peacefully) in the wonderful care of her colleagues at the Blackrock Clinic. Beloved wife of Derek and loving mother to Michael. Sadly missed by her stepsons, David and Evan, and their wives Bronach and Rikke; her aunt Aggie; sister-in-law Brenda and husband John, sister-in-law Hilary; brother-in-law John and wife Brenda; and very close friends Barbara and Emer.

Due to the current restrictions on public gatherings, a private funeral will take place. Condolences and personal messages can be posted below. A ceremony of remembrance for Zanka’s life will take place at a date to be confirmed. No flowers please. Donations to the Irish Cancer Society.


Mary (Bunt) Ball (née Grant)
St. Columbanus Road, Milltown, Dublin / Kiltegan, Wicklow 

Late of Kiltegan, Co. Wicklow.

Peacefully, in the loving care of the doctors, nurses and staff at St. James’s Hospital; sadly missed by her loving husband Thomas (Tony), sons David, Thomas and Patrick, daughters-in-law Mary, Ann and Victoria, grandchildren Keith, Graham, Olivia, Jack, Sarah, Niamh, Katie and Harry, brothers, sisters, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Mary’s Funeral Mass will take place on Wednesday 18th March, followed by burial in Tynaclash Cemetery, Kiltegan, Co. Wicklow, arriving at approximately 1.30p.m.

Due to the recent government directive and HSE guidelines concerning COVID 19, those who wish to attend Mass but cannot, may leave their message of condolence in the section below (condolences).
