Did you heard the one about … Countdown on for sixth Bray Comedy Festival

The excitement is building as the countdown begins to the sixth Bray Comedy Festival, which is running from February 12-16.

With a line up that the organisers say will be bigger and funnier than ever before, more of Ireland’s best known jokers and what they say is the crème de le crème of new comedy talent will roll into town.

A stellar line up, put together by Hardy Har comedy club’s Adam Burke, includes Jason Byrne, Enya Martin and Improv All Stars with very special guest Phill Jupitus (pictured, Never Mind the Buzzcocks, QI, Live at The Apollo).

Fresh from the jungle, Andrew Maxwell brings new show ‘Reality’ and Tony Cantwell, David McSavage, Bingo Loco, kid’s magic with Jamie Skelton and Ireland’s Best New Act Competition also add to the billing.

A cocktail of Ireland’s finest comedy exports assemble at Thursday night’s ‘THE BIG GIG’, featuring Ian Coppinger, John Colleary, Al Foran, Emma Doran and a very special surprise guest performance from one of Ireland’s best known female comedians – be there or prepare for some serious FOMO.

In venues dotted around Bray, tickets for all gigs are on sale now from www.braycomedyfest.ie.
