Down to a Tea: Bray Chamber event listed for top award

With all the bad news about at the moment, it’s easy to overlook the good news stories at the moment.

One of them was the announcement this week that Bray & District Chamber’s ‘Tea @ 10’  event has been short-listed in the ‘Best Membership Initiative’ category for the Chambers Ireland awards 2020.

Tea @ 10 are regular morning gatherings to hear a range of speakers on a host of topics, and to have the chance to meet their peers in the local business community over a cup of tea or coffee.

The award winners will be announced at the official awards ceremony on Friday, April 3, at the Killashee Hotel in Naas.

Awards will be presented for excellence in six different categories and one chamber will be awarded the overall award of Chamber of the Year 2020.

“We look forward to the awards ceremony in April and in the meantime I would like to wish all of the short-listed chamber applicants the very best of luck,” Bray Chamber President Ruth Donnelly  told the WickowNow.ie.
