New six-storey residential and retail building approved on former Bray Cabs site
Plans to construct a mixed-use development of retail and residential units on a prominent site close to the centre of a county Wicklow town have been approved.
Wicklow County Council has granted developers B & C Maloney permission to go ahead with the plans for the development on a derelict site on Bray’s Station Road.
Located on the site of what was know as Bray Cabs, the developers can now press ahead with plans to demolish the existing building and construct a six-storey block in its place.
Once completed the new building will consist of two ground floor retail units, ten one-bed apartments, a two- bed apartment, and a three-bed apartment.
