Plan to build 97 houses in Wicklow Town submitted to council
Plans to create a massive 97-home development, creating housing for over 400 people in Wicklow Town, has been submitted to the local authority.
Tom and Pat Redmond have lodged an application to Wicklow County Council for permission to construct 87 family homes and 10 apartments at Ballynerrin in the town.
The development, if approved would see the construction of 55 four-bedroom houses, 32 three-bed homes and 10 two-bed apartments at Ballynerrin Lower.
The plans also request all associated site development works, including landscaping, car parking, public lighting and road and footpath access to the existing path and running track.
