Plans for another 99 new homes in Delgany submitted to Wicklow council
A developer is looking to build 99 new homes in a development in a county Wicklow village.
Ronan O’Caoimh has lodged an application with Wicklow County Council to build the large development at a site on Chapel Road, Kindlestown Upper, Delgany.
As part of the plans, Ronan O’Caoimh is looking to build 12 four-bed, two storey detached dwellings, six four-bed, three storey semi-detached dwellings, ten four-bed, two storey, semi-detached dwellings, 44 three-bed, two storey, semi detached dwellings, four three-bed, semi-detached bungalows, 19 three-bed, two storey terraced dwellings, and four two-bed, two storey terraced dwellings.
The development will also include a creche and associated play area, car parking, bicycle parking, boundary walls and fencing.
A new vehicular and pedestrian entrance to the development will be created off the Chapel Road under the plans.
A decision on the plans is expected by the end of August.
