‘Practically perfect Paso’ – Greystones resident Sinéad dazzles on the dancefloor
Sineád O’Carroll remains a hot contender for this year’s coveted Glitterball after she put in another b*witching performance on Dancing With The Stars last night.
The Greystones resident captivated the audience on the third episode of the popular TV hit, which is filmed in Bray’s Ardmore Studios, after she catapulted onto the dance floor with pro partner Ryan McShane.
The duo performed the Paso Doble to ‘El Gato Montes’ by Arielle Dombasle, scoring a whopping 24 points from the judges, one of the highest of the night.
Judge Julian Benson beamed: “I felt I was at the bullfight I was there, it was absolutely fabulous for me, no frills, no fuss, just great dancing on the floor.”
Brian Redmond said: “That was practically perfect Paso, what a great Paso Doble from start to finish.”
Sineád said afterwards: “I had a good mentor he channelled that aggression out of me.”
Love Island reality star Yewande Biala became the first celebrity to be eliminated from the series after she performed a Viennese waltz with pro partner Stephen Vincent that was met with harsh criticism from judge Brian Redmond who said it was “clumpy, lumpy and bumpy”.
After scoring 12 points from the judges, which was combined with the viewers’ votes, Yewande was sent home from the competition.
