REST IN PEACE: Wicklow Death Notices

Coollattin Road, Carnew, Wicklow / Bunclody, Wexford

Hanna Bolger (née O’ Brien) Coollattin Road, Carnew, Co. Wicklow & formerly Bolinrush, Bunclody, Co. Wexford) 24th July 2020 peacefully in her 93rd year in the loving care of the staff at Valentia Nursing Home, Camolin. Loving wife of the late Aiden and mother of the late Hanna and Kathleen. Sadly missed by her loving children Ann, Paddy, Martin and Aiden, brother Martin, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, relatives and friends.

Due to the current HSE guidelines, Hanna’s funeral will be private for family only. Thank you for your thoughts and prayers at this time. Hanna’s Funeral Mass will be Monday at 2.00 pm in the Church of the Most Holy Rosary Carnew followed by interment in Askamore Cemetery.

Kavanagh (née Hackett) Rory O’Connor Place, Arklow, Co. Wicklow 24th July 2020, at St. Vincent’s University Hospital, Elm Park, Dublin. Margaret, beloved wife of the late Myles (Miley) and loving mother of Jackie, Stephen, Sharon, Louise, Barry and Derek, treasured sister of Phyllis. She will be sadly missed by her loving sons, daughters, grandchildren John Ross, Seán, Conor, Ben, Leah, Jack, Daisy, Emily, Tom, Kathlin and Charlie, sister, sons-in-law Brian and David, daughters-in-law Rebecca and Annmarie, nephews, nieces, cousins, relatives, friends and neighbours.

We appreciate all the love and support from our family and friends. As we are legally bound to follow the guidelines set out for us by government, it is necessary for our beloved Margaret to have a private funeral, if you wish you can join in the celebration of her funeral Mass at 10am on Monday morning via

Twomey, Fr Brian J (SPS) (Stirling, Scotland, St Patrick’s Missionary Society, Kiltegan, Co Wicklow and formerly of Cardiff, Ashford, Co Wicklow, Diocese of Ogoja, Archdiocese of Abuja, Diocese of Ijebu-Ode, Nigeria), July 23, in Stirling after a long illness bravely borne. Predeceased by his sister, Sr Mary John OCD (Kilmacud) and by his brother Dick (Mauritius). Sadly missed by his sisters Oonagh (Dundrum) and Sr Deirdre MMM (Terenure), by his sister-in-law Sighle, by his nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, his relatives and friends and by his Society family.

Due to Government restrictions the Funeral will be private.
