REST IN PEACE: Wicklow Death Notices

Gerry Farrell, The Granary, Grange, Tullow, Co. Carlow and formerly of Raheen, Baltinglass, Co. Wicklow – 3rd January 2020 peacefully at his residence surrounded by his loving family; Sadly missed by his loving wife Bridie, daughter Eileen, son Kevin, son-in-law Andrew, daughter-in-law Daphne, brother Pat, sister Pauline, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, cousin Patricia, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

Reposing at his residence on Sunday (Eircode R93 EA22) from 12 noon concluding at 8 o’c. House private thereafter, please. Funeral arriving to St. John the Baptist, Grange, on Monday for 2 o’c Requiem Mass with burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. Family flowers only, please. Donations, if desired, to Carlow/Kilkenny Homecare Team. Donation box in Church.

Healy, Tinnakilly Upper, Aughrim, 3rd January 2020, surrounded by his family in the loving care of St. Colman’s Hospital, Rathdrum. Denis, beloved husband of Annie and brother of the late Pat. Sadly missed by his loving wife, children Joan, John, Margaret, Maria, Padraig and Rachel, his sisters Maura, Nuala, Philomena, grandchildren, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins, neighbours and friends.

Reposing in Byrne’s Funeral Home, Main Street, Aughrim, on Sunday. 5th January, from 4-7.30pm. Removal on Monday morning at 10am to Sacred Heart Church, Aughrim. Funeral Mass at 10.30 o’clock followed by burial in Askinagap Cemetery. Family flowers only. Donations if desired to St Colman’s Hospital, Rathdrum.

Mary O’Connor (née Redmond) late of Maitland Street, Dargle Road, Bray Co. Wicklow. January 4th. 2020. Peacefully surrounded by her family in the loving care of the staff at St. Vincent’s University Hospital. Beloved wife of the late Tom. Will be sadly missed and remembered with love by her children Wayne, Mandy, Jim, Roy, Clive and Jay, son-in-law Michael, daughters-in-law Michala, Bridget, Jamie and Debbie, 19 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, brothers Paddy and John, sister-in-law Valerie, extended family and friends.

Reposing at Thomas Murphy and Sons Funeral Home, Boghall Road, Bray on Tuesday afternoon January 7th from 4pm to 6pm. Funeral Mass on Wednesday morning at 11am in St. Peter’s Church, Little Bray followed by interment in Springfield Cemetery, Killarney Road, Bray.

Thomas Gerry O’REILLY
Wicklow Town/Rathnew

Thomas Gerry O’Reilly of Glenview Road in Wicklow Town and formerly of The Brook Rathnew who passed away Saturday 4th January 2020 peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family. Beloved husband of the late Ginny and much loved and loving daddy of Mary, Jean, Geraldine and Pat. Remembered with love by his 16 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren, brother Michael and sister Betty, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Gerry will repose at his home from 12 noon on Sunday. Removal on Tuesday morning at 9.20am to St Patrick’s Church, Wicklow Town arriving at 9.50am for funeral Mass at 10am followed by interment in Rathnew Cemetery.

Family flowers only please. Donations if desired to Wicklow Cancer Support and Wicklow Day Care can be made at the Church.
