REST IN PEACE: Wicklow Death Notices

John O’Sullivan, Carrigeen, Baltinglass, Co. Wicklow and formerly of Ardea, Tuosist, Kenmare, Co. Kerry – 6th January 2020 peacefully at Waterford Regional Hospital; Sadly missed by his loving wife Mary, son Brendan, daughter Máire, son-in-law Páidí, daughter-in-law Zuzie, brother, sisters, grandchildren Laura and Adam, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

Reposing at his residence (Eircode W91 XE03) on Wednesday from 2 o’c concluding at 8 o’c. House private thereafter please. Funeral arriving to St. Joseph’s Church, Baltinglass on Thursday for 12 noon Requiem Mass with burial afterwards in Coltstown Cemetery, Castledermot.

Mary (May) Alice DELANEY (née Woodcock)
Enniskerry, Wicklow 

Mary (May) Alice Delaney (née Woodcock) of Enniskerry, Co. Wicklow, passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by her loving family on 5th January 2020, in her 90th year, dearly loved wife of the late Bob, much loved Mum of Ruth, John, Sheila, Christine, Helen, Mark and the late Robert, adored by her fifteen grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren, cherished sister of Eileen Douglas, Christopher and the late Ann Coffey; sadly missed by her sister-in-law Mary, brothers-in-law Jim and Jim, daughters-in-law Mary, Libby and Anne, sons-in-law John, Kevin and Gerry, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at her home on Tuesday, 7th January, from 5.00pm to 8.00pm. Requiem Mass on Wednesday, 8th January, at 10.15am in St. Mary’s Church, Enniskerry followed by burial in Deans Grange Cemetery. Family flowers only, please. Donations, if desired, to the Irish Heart Foundation can be made at the church or online at irishheart.ie

Thomas (Tommy) Gregory
Merrymeeting, Rathnew, Wicklow 

Thomas (Tommy) Gregory of Merrymeeting, Rathnew and formerly of Ashtown Lane who passed away suddenly on Sunday 5th January 2020. Dearly loved husband of Ann and much loved and loving father of Tommy, Brendan, Roger and Fergil. He will be sadly missed and remembered with love by his adored grandchildren and great grandson, sister Kate, daughters in law Mary, Tracey, Lorna and Sharon, extended family and friends. Tommy is predeceased by his sister Mary.

Tommy will repose at Flannery’s Funeral Home, Bachelor’s Walk in Wicklow Town from 7pm until 9pm on Tuesday. Removal from the family home at Merrymeeting on Wednesday morning at 11.30am at walking pace via the Pigeon Club to St. Joseph’s Church, Rathnew arriving for 12 noon Funeral Mass followed by interment in Rathnew Cemetery.

Nancy McBride (née Falkow) Holywell Way, Kilcoole, Co. Wicklow and formerly Margate, New Jersey and Philadelphia , Pennsylvania, U.S.A. Peacefully at St. Vincent’s private Hospital, Dublin. Sadly missed by her loving husband Frankie, daughter Hannah, parents Marilyn and Bernie Falkow, brother Howard and his wife Debbie, sister Ellen and her husband Jim Auer, nephews and niece, Peter, Mitchell and Robin Falkow, Jason, Allison Auer, extended family, relatives and many friends and her special pets Sanjay, Lucy and Sadie.

Cremation service will take place on Friday 10th January at 12.00 noon in McCrea’s Cremation Chapel, Dublin Road, Wicklow Town (A67 E003). All welcome.

For those unable to attend the service on Friday there will be a memorial Service at a date to be determined.
