Nancy Boyne (née Kenny) Sandymount, Dublin 4 and Blainroe Lodge Nursing Home, Blainroe Co. Wicklow) 31st January 2020 after a short illness in the loving care of Louise and staff at Blainroe Lodge Nursing Home surrounded by her loving family. Loving wife of the late John, Greatly missed by her loving son John, daughters Brenda, Hazel and Nuala, sister Joan, daughter-in-law Catherine, son-in-law Howard and Brenda’s partner Davy, grandchildren Katie, Jay, Jake, Finn and Alfie, extended family, relatives and friends.

Nancy will be reposing at McCrea’s Funeral Home, Dublin Road, Wicklow Town (A67 E003) Monday evening from 6.00 pm to 8.00 pm. Removal Tuesday morning to Star of the Sea Church, Sandymount arriving for 10.00 am Funeral Mass followed by interment in Shanganagh Cemetery.


Mary BROPHY (née Cusack)
Bray, Wicklow

Mary Brophy (née Cusack) late of Bray, Co. Wicklow passed peacefully at home, surrounded by her loving family, on Friday, 31st January, 2020, beloved wife of the late Joseph; greatly missed by her much cherished daughter Noelle, son-in-law Joe, granddaughter Emma and her husband Andy, grandsons Eóin, Colin and his wife Léana, great-grandchildren Jamie and Éabha and her extended family.

Reposing at Colliers Funeral Home, Old Connaught Avenue, Bray on Saturday, 1st February, from 3.00pm to 5.00pm with prayers at 4.00pm. Requiem Mass on Monday, 3rd February, in St. Peter’s Church, Little Bray at 10.30am followed by burial in Shanganagh Cemetery. No flowers, please. Peacefully, in the loving care of the staff at Signacare Nursing Home, Killerig, surrounded by her loving family. Beloved wife of the late Jim and loving mother of Pat, Hugh, Catherine and Mary. Sadly missed by her loving family, daughter-in-law Mary, son-in-law Christy, grandchildren Enda, Ciarán, Shane, Pádraig, Christopher, Conor, Erin, Molly and Grace, great grandchildren Andrew and Olly, brother Hughie, sister-in-law Ann, brother-in-law Paddy, nephews, nieces, extended famiy, relatives and friends.

Reposing at her home (Eircode Y14 Y973) on Saturday from 12 noon to 9pm, and again on Sunday from 12 noon to 9pm. Funeral arriving to St. Mary’s Church, Coolafancy, on Monday for Funeral Mass at 11am, with burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

Richard Williams of Bray, Co. Wicklow, passed away peacefully, with his family by his side, on Friday 31st January 2020, following a short illness in the excellent care of the staff at Tara Care Centre, Bray. Beloved husband of Millicent, devoted and loving father of Jill, Richard, Colin and Gareth, father-in-law of John, Ross and Ursula, adored grandfather of Karl, Rachel and Ryan, Richard and Keri, Katherine and Cormac and brother of Brian, Maureen and the late Patricia. Sadly missed by all his family circle, neighbours and friends.

Carolyn Bowers, of Monkstown, Dublin, Greystones, Co. Wicklow & formerly Goatstown, Dublin. January 28th 2020, peacefully at St Vincent’s hospital, surrounded by her loving family. Beloved daughter of the late Miriam (Jill) (Née Mathews) & John Francis Bowers. Remembered with love by her siblings Suzanne, Rosemary, David, Lisa and Aislinn, brothers-in-law, sister-in-law, nieces, nephews, grandnephews, extended family and friends.

Carolyn will be received at St. Patrick’s Church, Church Lane, Greystones, Co. Wicklow, on Friday evening, January 31st at 7.30pm by Rev. Rebbeca Guildea. Funeral service of Thanksgiving for her life on Saturday morning February 1st at 10am with hospitality afterwards in the North transept of the church, followed by Committal at 1.30pm in The Victorian Chapel, Mount Jerome Crematorium, Harold’s Cross, Dublin 6W.

Kevin Germaine, formerly of Upper Aughrim, Co. Wicklow, who passed away peacefully in the care of Kylemore Nursing Home, Bray, in his 74th year. Sadly missed by his loving sister Josephine, brother-in-law Mervyn Griffin, nephew Michael, nieces Alison, Gillian and Serina, grandnephews, extended family, relatives and friends.

Reposing at Doyle’s Funeral Home, Killaveney, Tinahely, on Friday evening from 6pm, concluding with prayers at 8pm. Reposing on Saturday from 1pm, with removal at 2pm to St. Kevin’s Church, Killaveney, Tinahely, arriving for Funeral Mass at 2.30pm, with burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
