REST IN PEACE: Wicklow Death Notices

Maisie BYRNE 
Late of Bawnville Road, Tallaght, Dublin/Wicklow

Maisie Byrne, ( nee Cummins ) late of Bawnville Road, Tallaght , Dublin, 1st May 2020, died, peacefully, in the loving care of the staff in Kiltipper Woods Care Centre, their kindness, warmth and love we can never repay.

Beloved wife of the late Christy Byrne. She will be greatly and sadly missed by her loving children, Christy, Carrie and Michael; grandchildren Naomi, Kate, David, Ruairí, Danny, Jenna and Jude; daughters-in-law, Geraldine and Aideen; son-in-law Paddy, nieces, nephews, relatives, friends and neighbours.

Due to the current situation in the country, Maisie’s Funeral will be private for family only, please. Thank you for your thoughts and prayers at this time. A memorial Mass will be held for Maisie at a future date.

Pauline LITTLEFIELD (née Byrne)

Pauline Littlefield (née Byrne) of Delgany, Co. Wicklow, May 1st 2020, peacefully, at her home. Remembered with love by her husband John, children Christine, Gillian, and Dermot, son-in-law Eddie, daughter-in-law Danielle, grandchildren Mia, Oskar and Ariana, extended family and friends.

Due to the recent HSE guidelines regarding public gatherings, Pauline’s Funeral Mass will be held in private at Holy Rosary Church, Greystones, at 1pm on Monday May 4th. The funeral will be streamed live on the church webcam http://www.greystonesparish.ie.

Peacefully, at home in the tender care of his loving family. Devoted husband of Margaret (née Rice), adored father of Suzanne, Brenda, Joy & Andrew & much loved brother of Ann, May & the late Susie. Jean McGOVERN (née Murray)

McGovern (nee Murray) Jean April 30th 2020 after a short illness at Loughlinstown hospital, Co. Dublin (Late of Co. Wicklow and formerly of Belfast). Beloved wife of the late Ray and cherished mum of Martina and Raymond Jnr. Jean will be forever loved and very sadly missed by her daughter, son and their partners Jane and Gerry, sisters-in-laws, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends.

In line with the goverment/HSE advice and to ensure the safety of all Jean’s relatives and friends, a small private funeral will be held. Her family would ask that over the coming days everyone who knew Jean would take some time to light a candle. Feel free to leave your messages of support in the online condolence on RIP.ie. Patrick (Patsy) Phibbs of Kilquade & late of Lugnagun little, Blackrock, Blessington, Co. Wicklow. April 30th 2020, peacefully at his home surrounded by his loving family. Beloved husband of Gladys (née Gaffney) & the late Margaret. Sadly missed by his wife, children Mary, Yvonne, Derek, Alan, Shane, Shirley & Gina, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, sisters-in-law, brother-in-law, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, lifelong friends John Doherty, Fay Whelan & Tommy Butler, extended family & friends.

Patsy will be laid to rest in Priest Newtown Cemetery, Kilquade, on Sunday, May 3rd 2020.

Mary Stinson (née Parle), late of Tinnahinch, Avoca, Co. Wicklow and formerly Ballyvaldon, Blackwater, Co.Wexford. Peacefully on the 2nd May 2020 at Castlebridge Manor Nursing Home. Beloved wife of the late Terry and sister of the late Paddy, Catherine, Dick, Bridie and Lilly. Mary will be sadly missed by her niece Mary O’Leary and her remaining nieces and nephews, sisters-in-law, extended family and friends.

A private family funeral will take place on Monday 4th May 2020 at 11am in St Brigid’s Church, Blackwater, followed by private cremation. Family flowers only.
