Wicklow’s rail and bus services to be scaled back from next week
Major changes to the public transport system serving Wicklow will kick into place next week.
At this morning’s Government briefing on the Covid-19 pandemic it was confirmed Irish Rail and Bus Éireann services will be scaled back from the start of next week.
As of Monday, Irish Rail will operate a revised schedule, while Bus Éireann will introduce their reduced schedule next Wednesday, April 1.
Irish Rail will reduce the amount of service on the Rosslare Port to Dublin line from five trains a day to four trains. The changes can be found on Irish Rail’s website.
People expecting to use Bus Éireann services are asked to check the website or call 1850 836 611 for more information.
Reduced services have already been put in place on some Dart and Dublin bus services in county Wicklow.
